Anti-static tack cloth is a tacky cleaning product made from a gauze substrate impregnated with resin, designed for mechanical dust removal on stacking machines and copper foil surfaces in CCL manufacturing laminating rooms, as well as surface cleaning of single- and double-sided panels and mechanical or manual dust removal on steel plates, copper foil, stacking platforms, dry film room exposure machine tables, precision instruments, and equipment in PCB manufacturing laminating rooms. A single gentle wipe produces a completely dust- and fiber-free surface, and helps prevent dust from resettling. During the production of copper-clad laminates (CCL) and PCBs (especially multilayer boards), it is used to remove dust, fibers, adhesive powder, copper debris, and fine impurities from stainless steel pressing plates and copper foil surfaces, reducing press pits and marks, improving CCL appearance quality, and increasing the yield rate of PCBs and multilayer boards. It is an indispensable cleaning material for producing CCL, PCBs, and multilayer boards.

Due to differences in surface characteristics, process conditions, and operating habits of the items being cleaned, product trials are necessary to determine the optimal substrate and impregnation level for the tack cloth.
